Disorderly Conduct – Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of SW Western Blvd. The male was placed into custody and eventually released with a citation. Warrant/Possession of Meth – An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the area of SW Philomath Blvd and SW 15th St.  The driver, a 63-year-old Corvallis female was detained for failing to carry or presenting her license.  She was found to be in possession of meth and a meth pipe.  The passenger, a 37-year-old Corvallis male was found to be the subject of a Benton County Circuit Court warrant.  He was also in possession of meth and a meth pipe.  Both subjects were issued citations in lieu of custody. The 24 year old female, Corvallis Resident, was contacted and was okay. They had no suspect information for who may have used the information. The victim could not provide a serial number. UEMV – Officers were dispatched to the 2600 block of NE Lancaster Street for the repot of a theft from a vehicle. Warrant Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of NW Monroe Avenue for the report of a male stating someone pulled a gun on him. Both were cited for violent conduct and released. The caller stated his neighbor, who they have a restraining order against, made eye contact with them and motioned at them.  Warrant – An officer contacted a 40-year-old Corvallis male in the 2400 block of NW Crest Dr.  The male was the subject of a Lane County Circuit Court warrant.  As the male was being prepared to be booked into the Benton County Jail, Lane County requested a citation be issued in lieu of custody.  The male was transported back home and released. Both continued to argue until a shoving match ensued and a third male broke them apart.  DUII – A 22-year-old Corvallis male was stopped in the 1000 block of NW Walnut Blvd for a traffic violation.  The male was impaired and arrested for DUII.  His blood alcohol content registered .14%.  He was issued a citation in lieu of custody and released at his residence. Welfare Check: At approximately 1630 hours, Officers responded to the 4100 block of NW Tamarack Drive for a welfare check. Menacing/Unlawful Use of a Weapon/Criminal Mischief/Disorderly Conduct – Officers responded to the 100 block of SW B Ave for a report of a male chasing another male with a machete. Officers were able to piece his chewed up license together to discover his identity. The male was placed into custody and eventually released with a citation for the warrant. The cashier did not realize the money was fake until after the female left.  UEMV and Theft III – An officer responded to the 1000 block of NW Kings Bv for a UEMV.  The victim reported an unknown suspect stole multiple items from their unlocked vehicle. When he returned to his vehicle, it was gone. The male was lodged at the Benton County Jail. Warrant – Officers responded to the 2200 block of SW 3rd St for a possible domestic disturbance.  A 36 year old Corvallis resident female was cited . Dispatch Centers and Headquarters. Theft – Officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of NW 9th Street for the report of a 57 year old female, no fixed address, stealing wine and makeup from a store. The mother of the male arrived and attempted to help him. Theft II – A 62-year-old Corvallis male called in to report a package was stolen from his front porch.  No known suspects at this time, though it could be related to case number 20-07974 (pending search warrant on a vehicle). Officers learned a vehicle was broken into in the area and multiple items including cash and a wallet were stolen from the vehicle. Officers did not locate the male. Trespass – Officers responded to the 700 block of NW Kings Blvd for a welfare check. Disorderly Conduct/POC – A 37-year-old male with no fixed address was arrested for Disorderly Conduct II after walking in traffic in the 1000 block of SW 3rd St and causing vehicles to slow.  The male was under the influence of controlled substances and was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital and placed on a Peace Officer Custody. It was discovered a mother and her adult daughter engaged in an argument with a 19 year old male, Corvallis Resident, who happened to be the women’s son. The driver of the vehicle, a 48 year old female, Albany Resident, had a warrant out for her arrest from Albany Municipal Court. Warrant – While officers were investigating an incident in the 100 block of SW B Ave, they contacted a 49-year-old male with no fixed address.  The male was the subject of 10 Corvallis Municipal Court warrants.  He was issued a citation in lieu of custody. for the report of vehicle collision with injuries. Warrant Service: At approximately 0854 hours, Officers contacted a 49 year old male resident of Albany in the 100 block of NW 5th Street. Criminal Mischief – Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of SE 3rd Street for the report of a criminal mischief that occurred. Graffiti/Criminal Mischief: At approximately 1003 hours, Officers took a report of graffiti that had been sprayed around a building in the 2700 block of NW Satinwood. The male re-appeared in the driveway, and then began running down the sidewalk away from the house, now pushing two bikes.  The suspect was running towards the sergeant and was intercepted and detained.  The 41 year old Lebanon male had stolen a $2500 bike from the back yard of the residence.  The bike was returned to the owner and the suspect was booked at Benton County jail for Theft 1 and Criminal Trespass. Â, Follow Up Arrest - A 30 year old male with no fixed address was taken into custody on an assault charge from an incident which occurred last week.  The suspect was contacted near the intersection of NW 9th Street/NW Hayes Avenue on a traffic stop.  He was transported to Benton County Jail.Â.
